Job Overview
Provides expertise and systems support in managing all eQMS Application hosted within the Enterprise Quality Assurance.
Essential Functions
- Administrator activities for user & role management across different sites of an entity with continuous support to the end users, configuration of process requirement in eQMS Applications.
- Rollout of Software for different units of an entity and Training to end user.
- Gathering of business requirements, design and implement Quality Management solutions to effectively address the user requirements.
- Coordinate and manage functional, user acceptance, validation, and performance testing.
- Modification of Quality Management applications through configurations and/or custom development to maintain, improve, and extend the capabilities of the existing systems.
- Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Req

- Overall Ten (10) years of experience, Five (5) years systems administrator experience Req.
- Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
- Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures..
- Strong interpersonal skills..
- Excellent problem solving, risk analysis and negotiation skills..
- Strong training capabilities..
- Effective organization, communication, and team orientation skills..
- Ability to manage multiple projects..
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
