Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our dynamic field team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• RJ45 Crimping & Network Cabling – Termination, testing, and troubleshooting LAN cables.
• OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) Splicing & Jointing – Fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and maintenance.
• Basic Router Configuration – Setting up and configuring routers, switches, and network devices.
• Site supervision and coordination with teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues on-site.
• Conducting inspections and quality checks for installed network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with network cabling, fiber optics, and router setup.
• Ability to handle on-site work and travel to different locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
