About the Role

As a Services Associate in the Product & Services Deliver Team you will be working on ensuring our current systems and products are well supported. This could include business process analysis and improvement, requirements gathering and writing and working with product managers and technology teams on the end-to-end lending value chain. You will be an integral part of the team who supports existing systems and products and delivers high-quality business analysis artifacts to help the Lend and Grow Portfolio streamline processes, systems and in doing so reduce risk and increase customer and banker experiences.

What will your day look like?

As a Services Associate, you will:
Support, manage and deliver small to medium scale changes to Commercial Origination and Fulfilment systems.
Ensure that assigned business analysis activities are conducted within agreed cost parameters, ensures that the outputs and benefits are clear and that identified products provide efficiencies in business.
Develop requirements that are fit-for-purpose, accurate and display an understanding of the financial implications to the project or program and manage the requirements throughout the life of the project.
Work efficiently with the customer to elicit project requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities.
Act as a reference for team members in the application of business analysis activities and elicitation techniques.
Assist in testing activities to verify that the enhancements and fixes address business needs. Ensure a thorough understanding of the requirements to confirm they are testable and encompass all potential use cases.
Ability to work effectively with test teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that defects are addressed in a timely manner and that fixes meet business requirements

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

5+ years of experience in BA proficiency in translating business requirements into effective solutions by assessing needs, feasibility, and impact.
Ability to define and measure success from the customer's and banker's perspective, anticipating and responding to evolving needs.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences.
Capability to interpret data and reporting to derive insights for problem-solving and decision-making.
Skill in planning and prioritising tasks across people, processes, and technology while managing dependencies.
Expertise in building and maintaining relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
