Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst/ Trainer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, mapping them to ServiceNow functionality, and delivering high-quality training to users.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure that ServiceNow solutions are effectively implemented and that the team is well-equipped to use the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Map business requirements to ServiceNow features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Configure ServiceNow modules (such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.) based on business needs.
- Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users on how to navigate and utilize ServiceNow effectively.
- Develop user documentation and training materials, including user guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
- Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual, ensuring users are comfortable and proficient in using ServiceNow.
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting during ServiceNow deployments and updates.
- Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation, answering questions and resolving issues related to ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (modules like Incident Management, Service Catalog, CSM, Change Management, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to ServiceNow functionality.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for end-users, with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them to non-technical users effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in ITIL or similar frameworks.
- Background in technical writing and creating training documentation.
- Previous experience working in an enterprise-level environment
