Key Responsibilities/Outcomes

• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
• Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project management.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript, for customization purposes.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve workflow issues.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and manage projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for various ServiceNow products
• ITIL Foundation Certification, with ITIL 4 being preferred
• Agile and Scrum Certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements related to ServiceNow.
• Designing and implementing systems and procedures to streamline operations.
• Conducting organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mapping business processes to ServiceNow data models, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Managing the ServiceNow release schedule and supporting the enhancement process.
• Documenting ITSM processes and performing gap analyses against best practices.
• Working closely with process owners to elicit requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Ensuring that lean/six sigma and process design standards are integrated into each design.
• Directly resolving escalated issues within ServiceNow.
