Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the ServiceMax platform.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceMax applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on service performance metrics.
• Train and support end-users on best practices and system functionalities.
• Participate in project planning and execution for ServiceMax-related initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to service management and ServiceMax.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceMax analysis and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
