Educraetive Digication is an innovative EdTech company focused on transforming education through technology. We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native
• Build and optimize backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and database technologies (MySQL & MongoDB)
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance
• Implement security and data protection best practices

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in React.js & React Native
Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js
Expertise in MySQL & MongoDB database management
Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Firebase)
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
Excellent communication and time management skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
• Understanding of WebSockets & real-time applications
• Exposure to GraphQL & REST API development
