Job Description:

Hooqx LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be from Hooghly or Howrah and possess strong leadership qualities to manage a team effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP, HTML, and WordPress.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing websites and applications.
• Ensure web development projects adhere to best coding practices and industry standards.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies to implement modern development approaches.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Web Developer.
• Educational Background: IT-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in PHP, HTML, and WordPress.
• Leadership Ability: Must have experience managing a development team and ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Location: Only candidates from Hooghly or Howrah will be considered.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and team management skills.
