Senior Web Developer

Job Overview:

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a variety of languages, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create seamless and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Review and debug code to identify and fix issues, ensuring a high level of quality control.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them improve their skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.
• Work closely with other departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and processes for the web development team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or similar).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Solid understanding of web security principles and how to apply them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
