Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UI/UX Developer/ Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in UI/UX design, graphic design, and front-end development with the ability to convert design files (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages using HTML and CSS. Strong leadership skills are required to manage a team and deliver conversion-focused projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.

Design-to-Development Conversion:

• Convert design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into responsive and clean HTML and CSS code.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Graphic Design:

• Develop creative assets, including banners, illustrations, and branding materials, using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Provide feedback, resolve design challenges, and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers.

Conversion-Focused Projects:

• Design and implement conversion-optimized user flows, landing pages, and call-to-action elements.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine designs for better results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Tools:
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch for UI/UX design.
• Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Front-End Development:

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques.
• Knowledge of JavaScript basics is a plus.

Conversions:

• Proven ability to convert designs from tools like Figma or Sketch into functional, responsive front-end code.

Leadership:

• Experience managing design teams and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Other:

• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Familiarity with tools for A/B testing and analytics (e.g., Google Optimize, Hotjar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
