- Addressing emails & Follow-up.
- Arranging calls within teams to align on progress or blockers.
- Testing team activities monitoring and support.
- ITP (Instant Payment Transfer) – Real-time fund transfers between banks.
- POS (Point of Sale) – Merchant transactions via card terminals.
- Merchant Payments – Processing payments from customers to businesses.
- Inward Remittance – Receiving funds from international sources.
- Outward Remittance – Sending funds to international accounts.
