Overview

Testing Engineering High UPS

Summary: To ensure best quality products on committed date as per ISO quality standards. Provide prompt support, breakdown response, diagnosis and resolution for UPS and associated critical electrical equipment. Their main duties include developing new products for companies or individuals to use, providing maintenance to current products to enhance use and designing new machines to improve an organization's efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

Documentation:

Product File (Wiring diagram, Assembly S.O.P ), Assembly Report, VQC Report, Online Rejection Report, Rework Report, Monthly WIP report to Accounts.

Production and Service:

· Production as per Wiring diagram, Assembly S.O.P & and Controlled copy of BOM list.

· Assembly and VQC of Units as per ISO Standards

· Assisting Service team and R&D team for Low Capacity Units requirements.

· Assisting production In-charge in Production Planning to be finalized by every month

Supervising and Development:

· Maintenance of Tools and Machineries (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).

· Assisting the Quality & R&D team in designing of New Products and development of existing production.

Meetings & Reporting:-

· Morning Meeting and Coordination with departmental In-charge for the daily executions.

· Fortnightly meeting with the Production Incharge for Reporting (Balance Work order report, ECN approval) challenges faced and proposed solutions for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Store department for timely availability of Stock for timely output and Follow up for Balance materials.

· PCB department for timely availability of PCB for timely delivery.

· Transformer department for timely availability of Transformer for timely delivery.

· Testing and Quality department for quality checks.

· HR Department for manpower requisition & planning and execution of development trainings quarterly

SOFTWARE KWOWLEDGE REQUIRED

1. MS Office

2. Autocad

3. Micro-Controller Programming

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. In-depth knowledge of Online UPS & Inverters (Low Frequency).

2. Basic Knowledge & Topology of Power Supply

3. Troubleshooting of Online UPS and Inverters upto 50KVA.

Strong Technical Problem Solving Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
