JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for telecom products, including network systems, applications, and protocols.
- Analyze requirements to ensure complete test coverage for both functional and non-functional aspects.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to thoroughly understand project requirements and define testing objectives.
- Test Execution:
- Conduct manual and automated testing for telecom technologies like 5G, LTE, VoIP, IMS, and other network protocols.
- Perform functional, integration, system, performance, and regression testing on telecom applications.
- Defect Management:
- Identify, document, and report defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Automation Testing:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Python.
- Leverage automation frameworks to optimize testing cycles.
- Performance and Load Testing:
- Utilize tools like JMeter, Load Runner, or Spirent to conduct performance, scalability, and load tests on telecom systems.
- Analyze results and provide detailed performance reports and recommendations.
