Role Summary
Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems and solutions Key Responsibilities
- Gathers customer requirements and plans the deployments of EPC solutions
- Provide Technical Product Support for Mavenir products and Systems
- Runs scripts, execute commands to deploy, test, troubleshoot virtualized PACO node functions
- Diagnosing and debugging the issues reported/raised by the customers
- Installation and deployments of Mavenir PACO solutions
- Track and solve the issues raised within the SLA's
- Requires close collaboration and communication with onshore & offshore colleagues and occasionally with clients
Job Requirements
- Expertise in Customer Support, Product support and Protocols of Packet Core components for 4G & 5G which should primarily include :
- vEPC(vSAEGW , vMME )
- 5GC (AMF , UPF , SMF ,)
- PCRF , DNS , CGNAT
- Must to have understanding of the Packet Core Solutions.
- Deep knowledge of 4G and overall understanding of technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi etc.
- Good knowledge of Mobility call flows including but not limited to GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW and respective integration touchpoints within a network ecosystem.
- Good understanding of the 3GPP standards.
- Sound understanding/Expertise of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud environment.
- Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
- Should have knowledge/Expertise/sound understanding of RHOSP/Docker/Containers /Kubernetes over Dell/HP.
- Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills and ability to work in multiple technical areas.
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in above mentioned areas
- Candidates available to join immediate, will be preferred
