Senior Technical Lead

Overview

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in building scalable, high-performing applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in .NET development, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / .NET Developer or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong background in API security, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,053,301.49 per year
