Job Title: React Developer - Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore - Near HSR & Kudlugate, Hosur Road, Bangalore (In-office position)

Experience: 5-10 years

Job Highlights: Candidates who are presently in Bangalore with 5 years of expertise into React, CI CD pipelines with team handling exposure are highly preferred.

Job Summary: We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced React Developer Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the development of web applications using React.js and will lead a team of developers, ensuring high standards in code quality and performance. Your role involves architecting scalable solutions, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Additionally you will drive CI/CD for frontend applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of React developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop complex web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business goals.
• Review and optimize code to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
• Oversee the integration of APIs, third-party libraries, and other services.
• Ensure the applications performance, security, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of features.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and React.js.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in frontend development with proficiency in React.js with strong focus on programming skills.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript / JQuery and React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and its integration with React.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Experience with SharePoint framework (SPFX) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable component structures and manage state effectively.
• Experience in optimizing React applications for performance, including techniques like lazy loading and code splitting.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and debugging complex issues.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment pipelines (e.g., AWS, Azure).
