We are seeking highly skilled Financial Data and Reporting Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Budget vs. Actual, bonus calculations for provisioning and payout, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Understand GL postings and payroll bookings to analyze overall employee costs.
- Collaborate with the GL team in finance, C&B team, and payroll team across all operating countries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and reporting.
- Utilize PowerBI for data visualization and reporting (preferred).
Our requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of GL postings and payroll booking.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and go-getter attitude.
- Experience with PowerBI is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Ability to interact effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
