Senior Software Test Engineer

Required Qualification: Applicants must possess a UG or PG degree in any relevant field

• Shift Flexibility: Adaptable to Fast-Paced Environments and Flexible to U.S. Hours (4 PM

to 2 AM).

• Experience: Looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in software testing

Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, Load Runner etc.

• Client Interaction: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills,

particularly in interacting with US clients. This ensures effective understanding of client

expectations, consistent updates, and prompt resolution of any concerns.

• Technical Proficiency: They should have a strong grasp of scripting language like Java,

Python, JavaScript. Strong Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile Methodologies.

Analytical Skills: They should be able to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial.

•Bug Reporting and Tracking: Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs using appropriate tools (JIRA, TestRail etc.)
