Senior Software Engineer – Strapi CMS & Node JS API

Overview

We are now building an AI-driven, agentic UI/UX and CX platform to create a digital avatar that seamlessly guides users through personalised interventions, from CBT-based exercises and mood-enhancing audio/video content to VR relaxation experiences and serious gaming for cognitive enhancement.

Your Role

As our Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling the next-generation natural interactions interface for Mind-N, integrating agentic AI architecture to create a smooth and engaging user experience. You will lead a small but highly skilled engineering team, collaborating closely with product designers, AI/ML experts, and wellness specialists to bring Mind- N’s vision to life.

Skillset Requirements

• Hands on Developer
• 5+ years of Full stack Typescript developer on Node JS and React on native AWS cloud apps
• RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Mutli-tenant Database integration using AWS-RDS-PostgreSQL
• OAuth Authentication
• Advanced AWS Services Integration using Lambda, EC2, IAM, S3, RDS, etc.
• Docker deployment on AWS
• Strapi CMS Integration & Development
• Using Content-Type Builder as a micro-frontend
• Custom controllers, services, and middleware
• Integrate Node JS APIs and React micro-frontends
• Database Integration:
• ORMs
• Advanced SQL Developer with RDS-Postgres and NoSQL
• Unit and Integration Testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai)
• API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia)
• Version Control with Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
