Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for one or more of the following applications: ITAM, CSM, GRC, SPM, or HRSD. (Certification on these applications are preferred)
Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and implement bug fixes efficiently.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Follow Agile methodology and DevOps processes in ServiceNow application development and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and coding standards.
Guiding and coaching the junior team members
Participating in full life cycle development, including business analysis, systems documentation, coding, unit testing and quality control, deployment and support
Ensuring development documentation is maintained and accurate
Ensuring adherence to the Release and Change process
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
6 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI/UX customization, and Service Catalog development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, CMDB, Discovery, and MID Servers.
Familiarity with Agile principles, DevOps Methodology.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Education: Computer Science (BE / BTech / MTech / MS) from Tier I Premier institutes
