Overview of Role

66degrees Software Engineers solve complex challenges to build and run AI, analytics, and other mission critical applications for our clients. You will have the opportunity to partner with businesses across different industries, working with a range of technologies like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. As part of a cross-functional team composed of software, AI, conversational, data, and site reliability engineers, you will solve real-world problems and work on projects that deliver business value for customers ranging from Fortune 500s to unicorn startups. You will also receive hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology from managers, mentors, and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications.
• Build and optimize frontend applications using React and backend services with Python.
• Implement unit testing and follow test-driven development (TDD) principles.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional tea
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Work with GCP (preferred) or other cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Python and React development
• Experience in building cloud native applications
• Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline set up and software development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
