Sample Projects

• Build a unified API for our insights data to be used by other development teams
• Store insights and metrics from our data providers at scale

Seniority:
10+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale software applications. Someone who has taken systems from "1 to 100" (not just "0 to 1" or "100 to 1000").

Work experience:

• Experience building systems 0-to-100 from scratch in resource-constrained environments
• Proven success working in a remote startup environment.

Experience in the AdTech industry.

• Experience with building or implementing AI-powered features or products

Hard skills

• Backend API Development: Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable backend APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, with experience building production-grade services.
• System Integration: Extensive experience with API integrations (particularly Meta API) and asynchronous message queue systems for high-performance data processing.
• Data Management: Experience with MongoDB or similar document-based databases, including data modeling, ETL concepts, and database optimization.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Working knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with OpenAI SDK or similar newer AI/ML services and implementing intelligent workflows for marketing applications.

Soft skills

• Clear communication skills, especially the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Low-ego team player who thrives in flat organizations and helps regardless of task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹612,922.18 - ₹1,977,699.66 per year
