Senior Software Engineer, Perfecto (DK)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize user interfaces using React and other modern frameworks/libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a focus on modern development practices.
• Implement and maintain state management using tools such as Redux.
• Ensure compatibility across various platforms, devices, and browsers.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and robustness.
• Debug and resolve UI issues and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in UI/React development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in UI development with a significant focus on React.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and integrating frontends with backend services.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Solid understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of UI accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience with design tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
