Senior Software Engineer (.Net)

Responsibilities:

• You will develop responsive user interfaces and RESTful APIs for web browsers and mobile platforms.
• Write code that has the right balance of simplicity and is easy to be understood by any developer in the team
• Review the code of your peers, aiming to help the team to produce better software and teach colleagues essential good practices of programming.
• You will be writing automated unit testing and test on all relevant platforms and devices
• Mentor Associate and Software Engineers on the product, process and Engineering best practices

Professional Competencies:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using .Net Core, .Net framework, ASP.Net MVC, Entity framework, Angular
• Strong expertise in RDBMS especially SQL Server.
• Good experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax & Type Script.
• Experience in developing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful API. Knowledge in Graph QL is a plus
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Good understanding of Design patterns and OOPS concepts
• Knowledge with source control systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
• Knowledge on agile development and CI/CD pipeline.
Basic knowledge of Azure cloud environment, CDN’s like Akamai or CloudFront
