Position description: Senior engineer is responsible for creating new websites and developing the exsisting websites of Quickheal & Seqrite.This role is responsible to implement the dynamic and backend functionalities for overall development including database.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop Magento (1.x & 2.x) and PHP based eCommerce applications with Object Oriented MVC architecture.
- Collaborate with the HTML & Design Team to develop the Frontend.
- Should have server configurations and handling knowledge
- Participate in Design and Development of new features in the product.
- Effectively communicate status, issues on a regular basis.
- Should be able to execute assigned tasks in a timely & efficient manner.
- Assist team members & colleagues to solve technical issues.

Key Performance Indicators:

5+ years of working experience with MVC, CMS and PHP web application Development with MySQL

Excellent understanding of Magento Environment.

Knowledge about Magento, WordPress, Drupal or other relevant web applications.

Experienced in complex projects, which involve migration of large volumes of complex and sensitive data.

Strong debugging skills, Code flow analysis and the ability to read and modify existing code.

Good skills in PG, XML & Web services (SOAP, REST).

DBA experience with MySQL.

Good understanding of eCommerce applications.
