Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead small teams of software engineers in the successful development and delivery of high-quality, scalable health care solutions
• Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment
• Integrate and implement custom created applications with commercial and open source software
• Create high-quality software by conducting peer design/code reviews and developing automated test cases
• Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
• Play a key role in the future of software products by working closely with product management and other stakeholders to aid solution development
• Leverage the latest technologies to solve complex problems facing the health care industry
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field OR equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience on the .NET platform
• Experience in building scalable, performant and high-availability applications using ASP.NET MVC (C#), Angular and web services
• Experience implementing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience designing and developing data-driven applications using RDMBS (Oracle, PL/SQL) and NoSQL datastores
• Be a Full Stack Developer - ability to work on anything and everything from database to UI
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools - Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Fortify Scan, Sonar Cube

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking/financial/healthcare domain
• Understanding of twelve-factor app methodology
• Experience in Mobile application development using Xamarin
• Experience in deploying applications on public cloud infrastructure
• Software design experience using SOA, object-oriented patterns and SOLID principles
• Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines: solution design, agile development, unit testing and refactoring
