We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our team and ensure the delivery of robust, high-quality software.

You will be responsible for enhancing testing strategies, collaborating across teams, and driving quality assurance processes in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing to validate software quality and address potential issues
• Conduct regression testing to verify system reliability during product updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers to identify and resolve problems
• Analyze and leverage QA metrics to monitor testing progress and ensure efficiency
• Design and implement effective test cases to maintain thorough and consistent coverage
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Understand system architecture to provide valuable suggestions for improvements
• Track and communicate testing results and defects while prioritizing resolution efforts
• Utilize your proficiency in Postman API to perform API testing and validate connections effectively

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in software testing with a strong foundation in functional and manual testing practices
• Expertise in Postman API, including 3-4 years of practical experience
• Proficiency in regression testing techniques to maintain system stability and reliability
• Understanding of QA strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Familiarity with QA metrics and reporting systems for tracking progress and performance
• Background in Agile/Scrum frameworks with the capability to adapt to iterative workflows
• Strong time management and prioritization skills for consistently meeting deadlines
• Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset to work effectively with team members

Nice to have

• Basic SQL skills to query and validate database information
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk and Jira
