This position is for Videojet’s PQI Digital team located at ESKO R&D Center, Bangalore.

• PQI Digital is our digital innovation, incubation and acceleration group for emerging and disruptive computing and business models.
• We bring together strategic product and business leaders, technologists and data scientists to accelerate the development and commercialization of disruptive and transformative digital solutions into the marketplace.

• By leveraging emerging technologies, PQI Digital will accelerate Veralto’s digital innovation journey to create sustainable competitive advantages.

Videojet, an operating company of Veralto, is a global leader in manufacturing coding and marking devices. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will use the data generated by these devices to solve challenging problems across the Videojet organization. You will interact with global teams to understand issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions by leveraging IoT big data.

Job Requirements

Must have

5+ years’ experience in the following areas.

• Passionate about working with Data.
• Experience working with IoT Big Data.
• Writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of Statistics and Probability theory.
• Writing data processing pipelines using Python. Experience working with libraries such as Pandas and Numpy.
• Should have the ability to cleanse & ELT multi source/ type data.
  • Data deduping, transforming, and analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights or KPIs.
• Generating Visualizations using Python libraries like Matplotlib.
• Good Communication Skills.

Good to have

• Worked on Tableau or other similar BI tools.
• Deployment of data processing pipelines in AWS EC2 instances.
• Knowledge on Machine Learning algorithms.
• Worked on Snowflake.
