Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with a strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure to join our growing team. As a Golang Developer, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems, leveraging AWS cloud technologies and Kubernetes for container orchestration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy critical applications that enhance our global retail and logistics platforms.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in Golang to develop robust backend services.
Cloud Solutions: Utilize AWS services to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for scalable solutions.
Message Queuing & Notification: Implement SNS (Simple Notification Service) and SQS (Simple Queue Service) for managing event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
Containerization & Orchestration: Leverage Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications in a cloud-native environment.
Infrastructure Management: Utilize Terraform and kubectl to automate infrastructure provisioning and manage Kubernetes clusters.
CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.
Collaboration: Work with other engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions and ensure smooth deployment.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Golang for backend development.
Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management.
Practical experience with SNS and SQS for messaging and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Expertise in GitLab CI for continuous integration and deployment.
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation and kubectl for Kubernetes management.
Nice to Have:
Mirakl Implementation experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Knowledge of the migration process from GitLab CI to ArgoCD (future migration plans).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4-10 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Golang.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, particularly within AWS environments.
Experience in Agile development practices with tools like Jira and Confluence.
