Overview
Seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance software solutions that power financial institutions globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable systems, ensure code quality, and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Lead the technical design and architecture of new features and applications.
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure best practices in code, design, and development processes are upheld.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in [Java / .NET / C++ / Python] and experience with modern frameworks.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps principles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, banking software, or fintech environments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial software.
