Overview

Role -Senior Software Engineer (ERP)

Location: Bangalore - Onsite (5 days WFO)Time Zone: IST

Experience Range: 6 years relevant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, and supporting implementations.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare Business/Functional Requirements & Scoping Documents to serve as an input to application design.
• Prepare effective presentations for alignment with stakeholders when needed.
• Drive test planning & execution for all implementations and changes.
• Work with stakeholders and external consultants to review, and revise existing feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite.
• Technical and administrative ownership of NetSuite responsible for NetSuite data management which includes governance and control, security, and integrity.
• Research, recommend, and work with third-party applications, interfaces, and vendors as required.
• Ensure system compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes.
• Work with the L2 support team in day-to-day operations, maintenance, project, change request, and support tasks for finance back-office applications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in NetSuite consulting, administration, support, and management experience in global operations.
• Solid understanding of Order Management and Finance modules or any other ERP/CRM modules and common business workflows which include Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fulfilment, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FP&A.
• Possess hands-on experience and working knowledge of One World, Subsidiary setup, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-book, Inter-company, Localization, and other capabilities/functionalities/modules in NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of the Finance / Accounting functional areas is essential.
• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation & presentation skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Computer Science preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations.
• Experience with full life cycle NetSuite implementations, migration/PMI projects.
• Experience in leading NetSuite end-user training.

Pay: ?2,400,000.00 - ?2,700,000.00 per year
