Senior Software Engineer
Department:Service Delivery Automation

Experience: 3-5 years
- Collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using the .NET Framework and Elsa Framework.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C# and .NET technologies to implement complex software systems and workflows.
- Develop and integrate workflows using the Elsa Framework to streamline and automate business processes.
- Perform code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the .NET ecosystem and Elsa Framework.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and workflows for improved system performance.
- Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of software components.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, codebase, and workflow designs.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide support for production systems when needed.
- Solve complex technical problems by suggesting new codes/designs or new approaches and deliver within deadlines.
- Sharing the best practices and leveraging the same from other team members.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on the .NET Framework and Elsa Framework.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and other related technologies.
- Expertise in designing and implementing workflows using Elsa Framework.
- Expertise in designing and implementing workflows using Elsa Framework. - Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server.
