MERN Stack Developer

Location: Onsite at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and development of complex web applications using the MERN stack which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure that our company’s products render well across multiple devices.
• Manage development processes and procedures.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug application code to improve user experience.
• Assist in the design and development of software applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Maintain proper documentation to ensure project and support continuity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional experience with full-stack development using MERN stack.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern libraries and frameworks, especially React.js.
• Experience in server management and building RESTful APIs with Express and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience using MongoDB or any other NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing user-facing applications using React.js with accurate and efficient coding standards.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Integrating back-end services with Node.js routes and database queries on MongoDB.
• Maintain consistency across both front-end and back-end architecture.
• Implement security and data protection protocols.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and release.
• Provide post-launch support and improvements based on feedback and performance analysis.
• Ensure feasibility of UI/UX designs in collaboration with the design team.
