Minimum years of work experience: 5 years of experience
Required skills:
- 5 - 8 years software development experience as a full stack Java developer
- Experience using modern development processes/tools and developing through the complete Software Development Life Cycle
- Proven hands-on experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Experience in developing Rest APIs/micro-services using Spring Boot
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud SW development
- Experience and knowledge of DevOps concepts and practices
- Experience with using source control tools like Git and CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins
- Experience working in / Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Ability to analyse and solve complex problems quickly and creatively
- Desire to learn new technologies – MUST HAVE
- Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient – MUST HAVE
- Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and coding skills
- Experience in SQL, relational databases
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong team player and customer focus
- Strong in data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Helm, SOLR, NoSQL DBs
- Familiar with the Flask, Django Frameworks
- Familiar with Elastic search
- Familiar with Jira
- Unix/Linux OS and networking knowledge
- Following workplace security protocols and training programs to familiarize with the ways to maintain a safe workplace.
- Following security procedures to report any suspicious activity.
- Having respect for corporate security procedures to allow those procedures to be effective.
- Adhering to company's compliance and regulations.
- Encouraging to follow a zero tolerance for workplace violence.
- Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements (e.g., how to protect data & how to be handling this data).
- Demonstrative knowledge of information security through internal training programs.
