What you can expect
Zoom is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced full stack Senior Software Engineer. You will build and support IT cloud native solutions in our CPQ (configure, price and quota), order to cash and other business areas. The ideal candidate will share our passion for building great software.
About the Team
This engineering position would play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, building and supporting the full-stack cloud-native solutions to address the channels business enablement targets. This includes the self-service experience supporting quoting and ordering for Zoom’s partner ecosystem. If you are excited about the potential of leading Zoom’s continued evolution into a customer-obsessed enterprise application organization, then this role is for you!
What we’re looking for
- Have experience with Java (expert and senior level)
- Have experience with HTTP protocol and JEE Servlet specifications, and have mastery of Java Spring MVC framework including but not limited to Spring boot.
- Have experience building restful APIs and microservices and understands the nuances of exposing APIs for public consumption or to integrate them with frontend applications.
- Have experience in building low latency APIs.
- Have experience with relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB etc.
- Have experience with authentication and authorization techniques (OAuth, JWT etc)
- Have understanding of complex workflows and able to develop and validate innovative solutions to solve difficult problems Familiar with integration with different third party systems
- Have experience with build tools like maven or gradle
- Have experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
- Have understanding of versioning tools like git and related best practices
