Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Sukrut Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real-world software development, excellent client communication skills, and expertise in AI, Cloud Computing, and the MERN Stack. Additionally, the candidate should have experience managing and leading teams of 5-10 members. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Implement AI/ML models and integrate them into applications to solve complex business problems.
• Leverage Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build and deploy robust, scalable applications.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 software engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Client Communication:
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
• Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Problem Solving:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on real-world applications.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Expertise in Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good-natured personality with a collaborative and positive attitude.
• Salesforce Good to have.
• Need to learn new Tech Stacks.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
