Senior Software Engineer- Backend (Emerging Tech)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our Emerging Tech team. You will be a key member of a backend team working with some of the most robust systems powering critical features globally for H&M. You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds and cutting-edge technology to support the global scale at which H&M operates. You will be at the center of innovation and will have the opportunity to contribute to H&M's vision of becoming a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and system architecture.
• Develop APIs for communication between systems.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• 6–10 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong understanding of languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and microservice architecture.
