Overview
The SAP Monitoring team delivers innovative observability solutions for enterprise customers whose IT and business systems rely on SAP as a cornerstone. Our solutions span core infrastructure and application monitoring, user experience monitoring, end-to-end systems
monitoring, and business process monitoring.
With SAP’s complex and rapidly evolving ecosystem, including ABAP, Java, and Cloud Platform technologies, this role focuses on designing and developing cutting-edge technical solutions to ensure seamless monitoring for these SAP environments.
What you’ll do :
- Write high-quality, performant, and secure code to build observability solutions for SAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain custom SAP Fiori apps, SAPUI5 components, and integrations
- Debug and optimize applications to ensure seamless performance and scalability.
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance SAP monitoring capabilities.
This role requires :
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, including SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS,
- Proficiency in object-oriented JavaScript and backend Node.js services development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) or SAP Restful
- Proven expertise in building custom SAP Fiori apps from scratch.
- Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and OData V2/V4 services, with a focus on authorization and integration with SAP SaaS products.
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP Cloud Foundry development and deployments.
- Familiarity with S/4 HANA CDS views and exposing them via OData services.
Nice to have skills :
- SAP Certifications.
- Understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes
