Primary Responsibilities

- Act as single point of contact for app and provide technical & functional leadership to the team
- Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
- Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis and recommend/execute corrective action plans
- Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
- Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team.
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per schedule.
- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
- Take ownership of the assigned applications and ensure availability over weekends/holidays as per project need
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- B.E / B.Tech
- Experience in development, design, review, troubleshooting and post production issue resolution
- Extensive experience of working on Java / J2EE
- Knowledge of Spring framework
- Good knowledge of database and SQL.
- Good knowledge of WAS and JBOSS application Server
- Sought out as technical expert and serves as technical leader for assigned areas of subject matter expertise. Good to have experience in app/tool/version migration
- Proven good oral & written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
