Job Description

Job Role:

• Tech Architecture: Develop and implement high-level architectural designs in line with the organization’s goals, leading to robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices.
• Roadmap and Sprint Planning: Facilitate the planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile Scrum environment
• Devops: Use CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts and monitoring
• Code Guidelines and Reviews: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure applications.
• Security Audit and Implementation: Conduct security audits and oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Technical Documentation: Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate technical documentation for system architectures, processes, and codebases.

Describe Skill and Experience

Desired Skills:

• hands-on experience in PHP – Laravel framework with Vue.js 3. Expertise in Other programming languages (like Node Js) preferred
• experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• a strategic thinker with a vision for technical innovation and growth, applying skills where they yield the greatest impact.
• experience with CI/CD processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
