Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining web and mobile applications with a strong focus on user interface (UI) design and creativity. You will collaborate with a highly skilled and dynamic group in a global organization, sharing knowledge and embracing co-innovation across borders, cultures, and skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to define, design, and deliver new product features.

 Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications using modern technologies.

 Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.

 Optimize application performance and improve development efficiency.  Implement deployment mechanisms and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.

 Work on cloud-based solutions, ensuring secure and scalable deployments.

 Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or equivalent).

 Strong proficiency in MEAN/MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Angular, Node.js) development.

 Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and deployment mechanisms.

 Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud deployment.

 Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

 Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA.

 Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.

 Strong creative and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

 Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively.

 Passion for learning new technologies and solving challenging problems.

 Experience with mobile-responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.  Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure management.  Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with an eye for design aesthetics and user experience.  Exposure to Agile development processes.  Strong focus on UI animations, interactivity, and ensuring a delightful user experience.
