Position: Senior Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions for server systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on server solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
