Senior Scrum Master

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Good in handling Projects Planning, Scheduling and Management.
• Demonstrated good Project Management experience.
• Prepare the test cases, execution of the internal testing, support the external testing with customer.
• Maintain good relationship with the customer to secure more revenue via Service Requests.
• Good in handling Projects Specification, Requirement, Documentation and Planning.
• Maintain, track and monitor the progress of user stories development, internal testing, external testing and implementation.
• Plan, assign, monitor the task assignments to the development team.
• Prepare the test cases, execution of the internal testing, support the external testing with customer.
• Identify and develop the required Agile framework
• Govern adherence to Agile/Scrum standards and principles
• Prepare the test cases, execution of the internal testing, support the external testing with customer.
• Provide ongoing education, advice and coaching, to help the Product Manager and Scrum

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks
• At least 3 or more years’ experience in Agile Project, with related experience running the Scrum team.
• A Scrum Master/ Agile certification.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Certification in PMP or CITPM
