Senior Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master (10+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:
As a Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience, you will lead cross-functional Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure smooth sprint execution, remove impediments, and coach teams on Agile best practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the backlog.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure team focus and delivery.
• Track and report team progress using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
