As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will help build the implementation, enhancement and optimization of our Salesforce platform to support our business operations. You will be reporting to Manager, Business Technology.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:- This is an individual contributor role. You will oversee and improve business automations related to the configuration, pricing, quoting, and contracting workflows within Salesforce CPQ to align with our goals and enhance sales efficiency. Address and resolve inquiries and concerns reported by the business related to Salesforce CPQ functionality and processes.
- You will collaborate with the Technical Program Manager to gather and document requirements for new programs or changes improving Salesforce CPQ. You will understand detailed business processes and configurations integrating with Salesforce CPQ.
- You will create comprehensive User Stories within JIRA, encompassing problem statements, trigger points, testing scenarios, and technical recommendations specific to Salesforce CPQ enhancements or modifications. Build and launch declarative solutions within Salesforce CPQ modules, ensuring awareness of downstream possible effects for connected systems.
- You will guide UAT sessions with team members, demonstrating an understanding of requested process flows within Salesforce CPQ. Manage main technical plans through data analysis, focusing on processes related to Salesforce CPQ projects within the scope.
- You will evaluate new technological solutions and make recommendations to enhance the Salesforce CPQ user experience in collaboration with Development Leads and System Architecture. Develop comprehensive documentation for architectural, design, technical, implementation, and test activities related to Salesforce CPQ.

Address and resolve inquiries and concerns reported by the business related to Salesforce CPQ functionality and processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM211).
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects from launch to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and Lightning components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting & analytics tools, with the ability to develop complex reports and dashboards to support business insights.
