Senior React Developer

Overview

We are seeking for senior react developer. As a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development team, overseeing junior developers, and collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement scalable and efficient frontend solutions. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing complex user interfaces and ensuring the application is optimized for maximum speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop new user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript.

? Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

? Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

? Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

? Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.

? Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and improve system architecture.

? Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.? Stay up-to-date with frontend trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

? 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

? 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles.

? Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript ES6+.

? Solid understanding of state management with Redux or similar libraries.

? Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.

? Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development.

? Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

? Experience with version control systems such as Git.

? Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline

? Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
