This is a remote position.

• Job Title: Senior React Developer
• Job Location: Remote(India Based Only)
• Working Hours: 4 PM to 1 AM IST
• Important Note: The company will not provide a laptop during the probation period, so candidates must have their own device to perform their duties.

Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior React Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering innovative web applications using React. This role is perfect for someone who is not only technically proficient but also excited to collaborate with a talented team and contribute to groundbreaking projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing complex features for web applications using React.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of learning.
• Ensuring code quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, and adherence to best-in-class coding standards.
• Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our development processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience building web applications using React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
• Proven experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Parcel.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a remote team environment.
