As a crucial member, you will design and implement user interfaces, contributing to top-tier web applications. Your expertise in React and Redux will ensure the creation of responsive and high-performing applications.

Responsibilities

1. Develop user interfaces using React.js.
2. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive features.
3. Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
4. Implement responsive designs for cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
5. Work with the back-end team to integrate server-side logic and APIs.
6. Optimize components for maximum performance.
7. Utilize Redux for effective state management.
8. Debug and troubleshoot issues reported by QA and end-users.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Provide input for continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of professional React.js development experience.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
3. Experience with Redux for state management.
4. Knowledge of modern front-end technologies and best practices.
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
6. Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
10. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
2. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
3. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.).
4. Familiarity with popular React libraries and frameworks.
5. Knowledge of containerization and CI tools (Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
