Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior React Developer with 7-10+ years of experience to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and front-end architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of React-based applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Architect and implement robust front-end solutions using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Code review & mentorship – guide junior developers, ensure best coding practices, and maintain code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth functionality across all platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 7-10+ years of experience in React.js & front-end development
✅ Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, and modern web development practices
✅ Proficiency in state management (Redux, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, etc.)
✅ Experience with Next.js (preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Expertise in RESTful APIs & GraphQL integration
✅ Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI)
✅ Experience in unit & integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
✅ Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques
✅ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile methodologies
✅ Ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture decisions
