Designation: Senior QA Engineer-Automation
Office Location: Solitaire BH 8th Floor Pune

Salary Range: INR to (Annual)
Position description: As an Senior QA Engineer - Automation you would be responsible for creating or enhancing Automation Frameworks, developing test harnesses/tools, automating functional and/or non-functional test areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a functional understanding of the product/system under test.
- Develop or enhance Automation Framework. Follow good engineering practices to build reliable automation.
- Identifies use cases/scenarios and converts them to prioritized and effective test cases.
- Automate the identified test scenarios to expedite execution of acceptance and functional tests.
- Defines the Automation Strategy for the feature/product and works towards achieving the Automation goals.
- Execute automated tests within the stipulated time to meet the overall quality and project objectives.
- Apply analytical skills to identify and debug issues encountered as part of automation solution.
- Communicates test results to identify risks, dependencies and escalate the same in timely manner.
- Guides the junior members of the team.

- Experience in designing or contributing towards Automation frameworks [generic test automation frameworks -data-driven, key-word driven or hybrid framework].
- Well versed with Operating Systems and its interdependencies when working on Automation.
- Good analytical and program solving skills, excellent written and oral communication, self-starter and motivated.
